VN - Ren'Py - My Best Deal [v3.8] [Pirot King]

I don't really review VN , but gotto make an exception for this.
First of all the story wise , there is a great potential on the start here.

The goddess help you get gals plot seem cheesy and perfunctory at first but halfway the plot thickens and the appearance of another (B & D cosplay) goddess suggest things aren't as simple.

Graphics wise , the Goddess Selena is imo aesthetically stunning. I am kinda mesmerized into staring at her moving animation . The mind control goddess is beautiful too but B & D cosplay just not my personal preference.
Mom is literally hot MILF , not the late 20s type Mom. Frankly shes the reason i started the VN. Not a big fan of the twins , it seem to be a "weaker" version of the generic version use by many of the games asian model. Whats "weaker?" I don't know . Just a feel. There's other decent characters , but I don't really feel their impact

Gameplay well -1 star for visual novel . Most choices are don't affect much except different responses but the story proceed same nevertheless.
The only possible impact is there a part where you choose to affect Annie with either power gifted to you by both goddess. Not sure how that affect the game , maybe you gotto choose sides or maybe it doesn't affect anything at all.

Usually VN are quite boring , but this story evolved to be really good. I hope the developer actually follow thru with the story instead of making up a good story plot like LBH and end it abruptly without explaining anything.

Very intriguing story with great cgi and characters. The plot-line seems to center around the dichotomy of control vs love. With some interesting "gifts" being bestowed upon the protagonist. Excited to see how the story develops as the embodiment of the dichotomy potentially faces off with the protagonist in the middle.

Good Points
+ Most of our story feels well written (while some parts crying like ''I'm poorly written!'')
+ Render quality looks good.
+ Animations are well maked.

Bad Points
- Not all of them but espacily some of characters bodies looks little bit un-attaractive. For example: Goddesses dont quite look like Goddesses at all. They not looks mighty or perfect at all. They looks like common/plain women and their body is not looks like goddes at all. And worst part is... They have shaggy tits... Yeah... What a goddess..
- Updates takes to much time and brings pretty little content. For example latest content was v1.7 and we get 67 pictures for this update... 67... LOL
- Some parts of story feels pretty boring and annoying...
- While game gives you feeling ''you have choice of power'' its actualy not like that... Some of choices literaly there for mixing your had and doesn't matter whatevery you done its still ends with same result. Espacily Lin's dream scene is good example for this, there is a lot of choice there but non of them changes result... Yeah... Great...
- Lin's love to Rin is nothing more than annoying obsession... And worst part is like a told we are basicaly cant choice any other option then ''You should be together'' option in her dream... So basicaly whatever we choice its leads same annoying obsessed thing...
- Some girls/women bodies need changes since begining of game but DEV doing nothing about it... Best example is Molly, she have great eyes, face and ass etc but her tips looks shaggy and her nipples are ugly. Its so obvious she needs some change but DEV doing nothing about it...

For The End
I love almost everyting about this game; story, characters, render quality and animations etc... But bad points makes this game poor and sadly this game was better before newest versions...

Excellent quality of graphics. Wonderful erotic scenes. Good story (so far).

Very high attention to the details and top-notch quality overall. It's obvious that the author put a lot of effort to make it great and it's definitely worth it.

Probably the only negative thing that this game is very linear so far. So it's more like "kinetic novel". However it's not really negative thing in that case.

Really enjoyed this release so far, it has fantastic renders and the animation is very smooth, looks very promising. will definitely keep my eye on this one for next update. A very high quality release and already in several different languages.

Conclusion:

The Game has a Great Crime Opening Story.
Here is a Hot Mom,and lots of sex and story line.
Doesn't get boring for one minute.
The Sex scenes are great and you dont normally see so many in the first release.
A game of my liking.

Edited to update my review to the current version 2.2:
I upped the rating from 3 to 4 stars as the game has significantly improved on many levels.
While the story is still pretty much an excuse for the porn, it isn't bad, the girls still look fine and there are some really fine sex scenes.
I also like how the characters of the twins have developed. I ike that you actually have options how to react to the nasty teacher character and overall it feels as if the characterization has improved a lot.
The same goes for the writing in general. This still isn't Shakespeare, but it is way better than in the dev's first game or here at the start.

I wouldn't go for five stars, but the game definitely deserves 4 now, I find myself really keen on seeing how some aspects of the story develop.




Here's my thoughts.

Positive:
-The girls look good. Especially the library girl Annie and Ms. Collins.
-This had quite a lot of content for a first version.
-It's nowhere new story-wise, but it works out well so far.

Negative:
-The renders are not always showing what the story explains. Like in Rin's dream when her hand is inside her pants, but not in the picture, or in the closet, or when we met Annie (she supposedly looks away shyly, but we don't see that and yet later on, we have a render where she does exactly that, so why not use that in the library as well?).
-It's really true that there aren't enough choices, at least we should have been able to decide which dream to visit first (It really mattered in the way, that I found the story less engaging, because I had no actual influence on it).


Apart from that, a few more points.
I'd like me some of that Ms. Collins, she's fucking hot, but not really as her sub. Either consensual on equal terms or the MC being the domme.
Is the BFF actually the douche bag David from Dirty Pool, and he sent the MC a picture of his younger sister?
The gift from the codex is a good method to bring up incest sooner, but I like how the mother feels repulsed by her own actions.
That's what would normally happen in a situation like in the game, so it works.

Yeah, well.... the writing. It's obvious to me that Pirot King isn't a bad writer, so much is evident, even in the English game version, but there are still many avoidable errors.
It has been pointed out, that there will likely be people in the community who would proofread, so it's sad that so few devs seem to be willing to look for them.

The game is a solid effort, with the potential to become really good, but only if the dev keeps at it, provides regular updates with a size that offers enough content. More renders and a proofreader would also help.

Pros:

Great animations and renders

Likable and relatable characters

Characters look realistic (no over the top bimbos or a mother that looks like shes in her 20s)

A solid foundation for a good story, can't wait to see how it plays out.

Cons:

Minor grammatical mistakes which are easily fixable.

Overall
I'm amazed that this is just a first release and by the general quality of the game. Not something you see very often as most first releases tend to be rushed and riddled with errors and mistakes. Also, the renders and animations are amazing, to say the least. Story-wise you can still go in a lot of directions which is always nice. I hope to see a few branching storylines down the road, but for now, all I can say is lots of Kudos to you, my man.

I usually wait for a bunch of updates when playing a game but with this one, I will definitely check back after every new update with this one.

My Cons:
None of the character seems interesting enough at moment, it may change.

The plot is pretty basic. You need to f*ck everyone to gather power. heard this a bunch of times.

Could have been a sub-plot where the dog didn't like the MC because the soul swap. it would spice the plot.

This game looks phenomenal so far!

PROS:

I love the amount of content that the 0.1 version of the game has! IMO this shows that the developer has a rather large interest in the game and shows that he or she cares about what he or she is putting out to the public

The character models look original and unique with each character having his or her own personality and aren't just robots of other games

English is pretty solid (which enhances the immersion)

The story is interesting and keeps me reading through it instead of just clicking ahead to get to the next sex scene

It has a doggo in it, which is always a win in my book!

CONS:

There are a few grammatical errors, but nothing to major (just minor spelling mistakes)

No actual penetration scenes with the MC in them (though this I'm sure this will change)

There were no options in the 0.1 version, which kind of disappointed me as I would like to see more branching story paths (this may come up later though as the developer is still establishing the plot)

CONCLUSION:

This game looks rock solid, and I really hope the developer continues to put the love and care into the rest of the game as he did in version 0.1!
