I love watching you videos . I too work out. I also find that it was a mission to have chicken and started to find it boring so I looked into protien recipes. My favourite is blueberries muffins with protien powder in and made with bio yoghurt and blueberries are a great fruit for anti inflammatory so it eases your muscles and stops them feeling sore. X
